Phil has been an active member in EO for over 20 years, serving in local, regional and global leadership positions. He was a founding facilitator for the EO Accelerator Program, has been an EO-Certified Forum Facilitator since 2001, and is the voice of the EO Forum Training Community on the EO Global Forum Committee.

Phil describes himself as a lifelong entrepreneur, who is on a mission to support his fellow entrepreneurs to get more control over their businesses and to live their ideal lives. Founded in 2003, Club Sportiva pioneered the enthusiast carshare concept. By 2008, our offering grew into a collection of high-performance cars and driving experiences. Today, we are a country club for car enthusiasts and an event center serving individuals, groups, and corporate clients. Members have full access to our collection of vehicles, and a wide range of programs and services, including Managed Car Services, a variety of inviting clubhouses, and an array of special events and clubhouse rental opportunities. Corporate clients have access to over 18,000 square feet of venue rental, including a ballroom, clubhouse, board room, conference room, bar, lounge, and multiple breakout rooms across our 120,000 square-foot facility.
