Benefits of joining EO Silicon Valley

Forum

What would you give for the ability to tap into a group of 7-10 fellow business owners who can offer you direction based on their experiences? Your Forum acts as your personal board of advisors on the situations you choose to discuss. Monthly Forum meetings allow you to explore the deepest decisions you face in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Moderator-trained EO members guide the sessions, which emphasize confidentiality, personal responsibility and lessons learned. Members don’t give advice; they speak from prior experience, letting you draw your own conclusions on how to best proceed. Upon joining EO, your chapter’s Forum Chair will work to get you in a Forum, and will ensure you are placed with the right number and mix of business owners to avoid sharing the room with competitors.

Global Events

Held throughout the year, EO Global events combine provocative learning programs with unique resources and memorable social venues. Our signature events, EO Global Universities, as well as other offerings like our EO Global Explorations, enable you to learn from business experts, experience other cultures and build relationships with members outside of your chapter.

Chapter Events

As an EO member, you’re not only a part of the global organization— you’re a part of a thriving local chapter! Entrepreneurs like you are hard at work in your local area, creating exciting chapter learning and social events, as well as special off-site activities, where you can hear and share big ideas, invest in the health of your community and become a better leader. What’s more, the peer interaction and educational opportunities at these events will help you become a well-rounded entrepreneur by expanding your network and improving upon your business knowledge.

Multi-Chapter Events

These engaging events are typically organized around specific themes or experiences and offer a rich environment for networking. Some multi-chapter events are set up to build alignment between specific chapters, while others may be open to any EO member in the region or beyond.

Executive Education

At the core of EO’s mission is an unrelenting commitment to helping young and experienced entrepreneurs learn and grow on a personal and professional level. As a global thought leader on entrepreneurship, we strive to support the totality of the entrepreneur, knowing full well that their journey extends beyond their business. By helping members become better business, industry, family and community leaders, we can further strengthen the global business landscape.

EO is proud to offer members the opportunity to learn at a more intense level through executive-education programming. Our programs strive to bring members to new levels of leadership in business and beyond. Through a variety of partnerships, EO challenges members’ assumptions, tests their ways of doing business and introduces them to new ways of thinking. Most important, members return to their business with fresh ideas, new skills, a toolkit of resources and a greater capacity for addressing the challenges they and their company will face.

    Our executive-education programs include:

Mentorship

EO Mentorship fosters relationships aimed at high-level leadership and personal development within a structured timeframe. Throughout the mentorship process, Mentees work toward goals and establish personal accountability, while Mentors support them through next-level education and engagement.

Healthnetwork Foundation

For more than 25 years, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization has been helping members learn and grow as business, community, family and industry leaders. While entrepreneurial growth is at the forefront of everything EO does, equally as important is providing easy access to the resources needed to sustain successful and healthy personal lives. One way EO does this is through the Healthnetwork Foundation, an invaluable tool available to every EO member around the world.

EO members can call Healthnetwork for unparalleled VIP access to more than 30 of the most highly ranked hospitals in the U.S. Healthnetwork’s medical coordinators promptly connect you with the right specialists at the best hospitals. This compassionate care is available for members, their spouses, parents and children. Members outside of the U.S. can also utilize Healthnetwork by seeking an initial diagnosis; expert second-opinion appointment; executive physical; mental health treatment; and customized medical research.
