Phil has been an active member in EO for over 20 years, serving in local, regional and global leadership positions. He was a founding facilitator for the EO Accelerator Program, has been an EO-Certified Forum Facilitator since 2001, and is the voice of the EO Forum Training Community on the EO Global Forum Committee.

Greg Weitzman is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams break through ceilings by assisting them in clarifying their Vision, generating Traction, and getting Healthy!

He began his career in Business Banking, coaching small businesses and midsize companies on their financial strategies, before leaping into entrepreneurship. He has been on the leadership teams for start-up ventures and regional non-profits before founding his own companies focused on workplace culture and talent optimization. This experience led him to discover the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), based on the Book “Traction” by Gino Wickman, which he successfully implemented at his own companies. He now coaches other business leaders to learn and implement EOS within their organizations. He works with over 25 companies on the West Coast, ranging in size from $2MM in revenue and 10 employees to $100MM+ with more than 100 workers.

He is also credentialed as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor through the Exit Planning Institute, helping business owners prepare for and navigate the succession planning/exit planning process.

Besides helping his clients with EOS implementation, Greg enjoys playing piano, coaching his local high school wrestling team, traveling, cooking, golfing, and scuba diving. He lives in San Francisco, California, with his wife, Janelle, and two dogs, Toby and Buddy Lee.
