Have lived in Silicon Valley since I was 3 years old. Graduated from Cal Poly SLO and immediately went to work for PWC. Started IQV Construction & Roofing 15 years ago. Have been a member of EO since 2012.

Alice Chen

Scale by AI

Alice Chen is a founder, investor, and former M&A attorney who has built, scaled, and exited multiple businesses over the past 15 years. She is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Pender Hastings Capital, a private equity firm focused on U.S. land development, and the founder of Scale by AI, where she helps founder-led businesses become AI-native and scale more efficiently. Alice has been featured by Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Success, and the Los Angeles Times, and was recognized as a BIV Top 40 Under 40 recipient. She currently serves on the EO Silicon Valley Board and is President-Elect for the 2027–2028 term.

Sindhu Srivastava is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, data strategist, and CEO of We Crush Events, an Inc. 5000 company, Inc. Best Workplaces honoree, and one of the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies. The company is also a certified woman-owned business that partners with high-growth technology and enterprise organizations to design experiences that strengthen relationships with customers, employees, and partners.

Piyoosh Jalan

Primrose School of Livermore

Piyoosh Jalan is an entrepreneur and owner of Primrose School of Livermore, San Ramon, and Silicon Forest. Prior to entrepreneurship, he spent 16 years in Silicon Valley’s technology industry, working with IBM Almaden, Yahoo! Labs, and Microsoft after earning a Master’s degree in Computer Science. Together with his wife, Neha, Piyoosh transformed a personal search for quality early childhood education into a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping children thrive in safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environments. Through his entrepreneurial journey, he has developed a passion for leadership, team alignment, and creating meaningful impact for families and communities.

Jeff Moore

Aiden Technologies, Inc.

Jeff Moore is a serial entrepreneur, business strategist, and leadership advisor dedicated to helping organizations maximize their impact and achieve sustainable growth. He works closely with CEOs and executive teams to maximize business value and cash flow, including the use of AI, for software development and for better business decisions and project implementations.

With expertise spanning sales, marketing, culture, operations, software, finance, systems, recruiting, and market research, Jeff takes a holistic approach to business growth. His passion lies in helping leaders clarify the impact they want to create and building the structures, teams, and strategies needed to make that vision a reality.

Derek Chang

Stratus Data LLC

Derek Chang, PhD, is an AI and data expert who partners with business leaders to develop innovative algorithms and artificial intelligence solutions that address complex operational challenges. He holds a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. Derek brings deep industry experience from technology companies including Lumo Bodytech and Optimizely, where he applied advanced analytics and data-driven strategies to solve large-scale business problems. His doctoral research, conducted in collaboration with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, led to the development of a time microscope capable of capturing events at quadrillionths of a second. Outside of work, Derek enjoys woodworking and has performed with Bay Area dance exhibition teams, combining technical precision with creativity and artistry.

Kenji Niwa

Firstcard, Inc.

Kenji Niwa is the Co-Founder and CEO of Firstcard, a fintech company focused on helping individuals build credit and achieve financial success. An entrepreneur and investor, Kenji founded his first company, iTank, in 2007 while still a college student in Japan. The platform became a leading resource connecting students with internship opportunities and was successfully acquired by En Japan in 2015. After relocating to the United States in 2017, Kenji became an active angel investor, backing more than 30 startups, including Substack. He founded Firstcard in 2020 while pursuing his MBA at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, combining his passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and financial empowerment.

Meet Linda Medina, a dedicated Chapter Manager who has been serving the Entrepreneurs’ Organization community since 2018. Linda has been the behind-the-scenes force that keeps EO chapters running smoothly, supporting members, and ensuring that every touchpoint of the EO experience is seamless and meaningful.

Throughout her tenure, Linda has worked across a wide range of industries and backgrounds, giving her a rich understanding of the diverse professionals who make up the EO community. Her work allows EO leaders and volunteers to focus on connection and growth.
