EO Silicon Valley invites members and their families to our annual Chapter Retreat 2026 at the beautiful Chaminade Resort in Santa Cruz—a multi-day experience designed to help you step out of the day-to-day, gain fresh perspective, and reconnect with the people who understand the entrepreneurial journey.
Surrounded by nature and an exceptional community of fellow entrepreneurs, this retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, recharge, and invest in yourself—not just as a business leader, but as a person.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience a thoughtfully curated blend of meaningful connection, personal renewal, and shared learning.

- 9:00 AM–12:00 PM — Breathwork Workshop led by Mark Worster Childcare activity available
- 12:00 PM–1:00 PM — Break
- 1:00 PM–2:00 PM — Lunch
- 2:00 PM–3:00 PM — Free Time

Who Can Attend
The Chapter Retreat is open to EO Silicon Valley members, spouses, and children.
Hotel accommodations will be booked at the member’s expense, while meals and drinks will be provided courtesy of EO Silicon Valley.
